Former super featherweight and WBC lightweight boxing champ Edwin Valero hanged himself in his jail cell on Monday just hours after he was arrested in his wife’s killing. Talk about a confession gone bad!! I think he did it because he knew he was going to be convicted of stabbing his wife…some people are saying he did it because he was very depressed because of the event….BULL SHIT. He was a fighter and that is all he knew, last month, Valero was charged with harassing his wife and threatening medical personnel who treated her at a hospital in the western city of Merida. Hos wife was in the hospital because of a punctured lung and broken ribs. She told the police she “fell”. Fell right into 5 left hooks…wife beaters are fucking cowards and now he that he offed himself proves he was 1000% a punk coward bitch…can’t even face the consequences of his actions. He also had a cerebral hemorrhage in his brain after a motorcycle accident…that probably didn’t help.

I cannot believe it has been 3 years since the VT shootings….it is something that changed my life forever and something I will never forget. My love and prayers go out to everyone in Hokie Nation and all the friends and families who lost their loved ones on April 16, 2007…. Once a Hokie always a Hokie. Conan is moving to TBS!! I am glad he got the $40 million for being booted from the Late Night Show and now has a new gig. The new show will be at 11 pm weeknights leading into Lopez Tonight. I am happy he landed on his feet and I really hope he is successful….FUCK JAY LENO

Check out this band called BOB…They are fucking beast. I have seen them now 3 times and it only gets better each time! I was at their album release on Saturday and they fucking killed it. They have such a unique sound and put on a ridiculous show…to top it off chilling with them after they show they are awesome…check them out they will be big one day mark my words….

Poland’s President Lech Kaczynski, three deputy ministers, 18 Parliamentarians, the Governor of the Central Bank, the head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the commanders of the air, navy and land forces, as well as the head of its Olympic committee and the Director of security were all killed in the same plane crash this weekend. Why would you EVER have that many important government representatives on one plane…how the hell can this happen? The plane was some old shitty Russian plane that has malfunctioned before…why would you put your president on that death trap?

This is why we do not have our MAIN GOVERNMENT HEADS on the same plane…now their government is in shambles..

All I have to say is that was one of the best championship games I have ever seen. Butler, a #5 seed nonetheless, could and should of won that game…As much as I hate Duke, you have to admit they are a power house when it comes to NCAA basketball, but Butler held their own and in my opinion deserved that win. My heart stopped when he chucked up that last second 3 pointer…oh how magically that would of been.

All that said…I hope Coach K falls into a Tiger Pit
